BY-LAWS OF THE GRAND MASER'S LODE OF INSTRUCTION FOR MARK MASTER MASONS AND ROYAL ARK MARINERS 1. That the Lodges be called the GRAND MASTER'S LODGES OF INSTRUCTION FOR MARK MASTER MASONS AND ROYAL ARK MARINERS. 2. That the regular meetings of the Lodges be held at Mark Masons' Hall, 86, St.James's Street, London, SW1A 1PL, on the dates and at the times shown on a Calendar to be issued annually. 3. That any Mark Master Mason may be proposed, seconded and elected to life membership of the Mark Lodge by a show of hands at any meeting and that the fee for such life membership be £10.00. There will be no nightly attendance fee. A qualified non-member may attend once without payment of fee. 4. That By-law number three shall apply mutatis mutandis to the Royal Ark Mariner Lodge with the exception that the fee for life membership be £5.00 5. That the Lodges may elect any Brother as an honorary member in consideration of distinguished services to the Lodges. 6. That the Lodges be managed by a Committee to include the Chairman, Preceptor, Treasurer and Secretary.
